Question for the #ultrarunning and #trailrunning folks—my PT suggested I get a pair of Hokas while I deal with some soft tissue issues in my foot. Are the Speedgoat 6’s decent? Better than Challengers? I generally wear Altra Lone Peaks, so this will be an adjustment. I run in the NorCal hills. Thx!

So great to hang out with @senjutisaha.bsky.social yesterday and finally meet her husband, Yogesh. Working with Senjuti and her team in Bangladesh was a career highlight—I’m continually inspired by the transformative work they’re both leading in global health.

First 30-mile week since May. It’s been a long year of injuries, but I’m finally starting to turn a corner. Feeling ready to start logging bigger miles and eyeing some races.
