I don't roast a lot of veggies, but I had some I wanted to use up. The internet told me ~20-25 min @ 400.

They took nearly an hour at 400 to get fork tender potatoes.

I'm on episode 7 of Bon Appetit, and I just finished episode 1 of Tale of the Nine-Tailed 1938. I am having a fantastic time with my shows.

I find a dry toothbrush very stiff and unpleasant. That first splash of water makes it less so.

Why do I feel nervous to go to bed? Is it because I have to go to work tomorrow after 9 days off? Probably. Stupid anxiety, be nervous about shit that matters, not going back to a job you've held for nearly 12 years.
