Is it irresponsible to see a random image on the Internet and immediately throw my credit card at it without question?

You can look at this and at least ask questions about what kind of person did this and why they felt the need to express something so juvenile in such a public and rebelliously destructive way.

When you see AI art, the deepest question you can possibly ask is how the algorithm worked to create it.

Fun fact: You can actually make it up these stairs with a backwards long jump.

I would imagine it's better to poke a hole in the buldge to drain it in a controlled way into a bucket or something, rather than letting it fill and burst all at once.

However, I admit I'm not a Ceiling Bulge Man, so take this with a grain of salt.

If you ever do decide to try it, I recommend looking into RenPy. It's a free visual novel maker that uses Python (generally regarded as being easy to learn).

Imo it's a great entry point for artists, since most of the work is the art/writing, and the code can be as simple or as complex as you like.

Cause of 376% of mine (due to scope creep).

Many old systems used to store the year as 2 digits, so like "87" => "1987".
This was a time when every byte of data was precious, and also, 2 digits fits nicely into a single byte (max of 255), which kept the code simple.

To these systems, 2000 == 1900, which caused all sorts of weird issues.

I wonder how much of this debate is people drawing on whiteboards vs people drawing on desks tbh.

Not to even mention people drawing on Superscape Do3D (1998), of course.

I used to think of Z as "up" until I played Minecraft (years ago), and I honestly can't remember why that is.

I guess it's because when I draw something 2D, I think of the axes as X and Y. Then when I visualize something coming "up" off the page, I call that Z.
