Went to Taco Bell yesterday. It was a lot better than I remember (which was back in the ’80s 😃). All staff and customers were less than half our age.

Used my German passport for the first time at AMS to exit Schengen. It was somewhat anticlimactic as US passports were using the same machines.

At 60+ we don’t burn enough calories to try every new burger. 😀 We split a Philly Cheese Stack this evening at the airport and loved it. It was cheaper with a coupon from the app.

Judging by us and our neighbors, Q3 will be even better. Mecces is going gangbusters.

We’ve never seen so much praise for Germany in an earnings call. It doesn’t mean much for franchisees, but the German board will be in a good mood.
