BG and localization working! No idea how to get the BG loaded in to the shell so it appears on the main menu, but I'm sure we'll get full modding capabilities soon ðŸĨē #civ7 #modding

Finally finished my read through of Autumn in the Heavenly Kingdom by @stephenplatt.bsky.social. A really gripping narrative of the Taiping movement at its height, with lots of fascinating details about the characteristics of their strange, improvised government. Highly recommended.

This effect is intended for (probably not until mod tools) an Antiquity Age Yamatai civ, which hopefully will synergize nicely with both Himiko personas. Might even get some simple 3D work in there too, we'll see.
