The quote is good, but if you are planning on paying good money for a tattoo I would recommend commissioning someone or finding a version online because even the low budget pieces are a lot better and readable than the online translators

Sherman's Gallifreyan is the oldest most popularly adopted fan script, which is why I thought you were using it. The BBC official translator uses a modified version of it (mostly by mistake but that's a whole other thing)
