If we let competition dictate the rules, we’ll build systems that reflect power, not trust.
We’ll fund deployment, not governance.
And we’ll widen the gap between those who build technology and those forced to live with its consequences.

Civil society and civilian work inside or alongside government—teams that built open tools, strengthened infrastructure, and centered equity—are disappearing.
They weren’t labs.
They were operational teams.
They delivered real services and real code.
They built bridges between tech and public life.
AI is being framed everywhere as the key to national strength.
Decide faster. Act faster. Win.
Strategic competition will define our future.
AI will shape how wars are fought, borders managed, threats anticipated.
But while that vision accelerates—something else is being torn down.
#Agents are the new frontier in #AI, poised to revolutionize workflows across industries. But like #RAG and chatbots, they require effort: clear instructions, robust security, clean data, and integration. Like #ETL pipelines—massive #automation potential, but each action step is a point for error.

Spent 48 hours building workflows to add contextual summaries to text chunks—still feels like too many workarounds. Better vector store integration would elevate #RAG quality.
