Obesity is, I think, due largely to too much reliance on carbs in our diets generally. Not just the UPF stuff, but in many of the foods which are seen as being healthy. Sugar is everywhere. In fact, it might actually one of the few things the US administration have right, the inverted food pyramid.

I'm tired of political infighting and seemingly endless leadership changes. Who knows, Starmer and Reeves might actually been seen as doing a good job in a year or two if things finally improve.

I been listening for years and the bar is consistently high, but I have to say this is one of the best I've heard for quite a while (even if the subject is kind of mad to contemplate). The epic "Unhinged Headline" section was magnificent, and then to have Stewart Lee on too! Even PMQ's was good...

I've known a fair few old boys of his generation who I didn't agree with politically, but I nevertheless admire and respect them hugely. They would all have been shocked and dismayed to think that Farage might seriously be in the running for PM.
