If FY26 is similar, the Pac-12 War Chest could be $263 million. The difference is the CFP/Rose Bowl payouts. Wilner projected $124 million from those, but it could be closer to $163 million based on this release. This "future revenue analysis" & Wilner's estimate were both prepared in March 2024.

FY 24 numbers are irrelevant. The Pac 12 received a $65 million settlement from that fiscal year. The FY24 balance was distributed equally. The FY25 revenue ($99 million) is all retained by the Pac 12.
