Today's my birthday! Can I have pet pics?

I didn't think I would feel this sad, saying goodbye. The move is a good thing but leaving people behind is difficult.

I'm moving back to Illinois, renting a room from my ex so I can be with my son again. I've been here since December and we made the move official in January, now I just have to reapply for Medicare and SNAP, change my insurance, get new doctors and start figuring out life here again. Wish me luck?

Last night in town. Having a banana split for dinner to celebrate.

I say I have childhood trauma but it's weird; between trauma, Autism, ADHD, DID, and 4 brain surgeries I barely remember anything from before my 20s and everything is Vague Impressions except for a handful of Very Clear memories.

If I barely remember it, did it actually happen?

I say "I'm doing okay" a lot for someone who isn't doing okay.

I was recently accidentally friended by a fairly popular drag queen on Facebook and it was one of the best things that could have happened for me as far as my social media mental health goes.

(I don't mind genuine questions and if someone wanted to ask me in all honesty about my presentation vs my gender/pronouns that's one thing but I've never been asked **like this** and had it be genuine. It's always a **gotcha**.)

"Why do you use they/them pronouns? You're obviously a guy."

"That's so nice to hear. I've been on T over 7 years. My pronouns are they/them bc I'm agender but I DO prefer to look masc. Thank you; it's nice to know the T is working."

My therapist thinks I'm doing well. I'm not sure if this is a victory or a sign I need to do something differently in therapy.
