was called "înfierare" in Romanian, a sort of public shaming trough harassment.

I am from România and I I spent my childhood and teenage years during the authoritarian communist regime. Dr. Phil report painfully reminded me of what I used to see on television during the dictatorship—propaganda reports targeting people who broke the norms and laws of the regime.
