But accessibility matters.
Thatβs why online/virtual/telephone are great options for those facing mobility, health and distance challenges.

Do you have back pain, but are thinking that maybe youβd like to catch the flu or COVID on top of that?
If so, do not look for further information on my back pain clinic which offers virtual and telephone consultations.
Well played, Tom.

Even if COVID/infection control isnβt a worry for you, it is for others.
The simple (and it is simple) act of donning a mask at a patientβs request shows care and compassion.
Patients are already worried about their health. Why not ease this burden for them when they ask?
Who are you, who are so wise in the ways of science?

A image of six silhouetted people sitting in close proximity in a waiting room. One person is wearing a mask. The other five people are maskless, and one of them is sneezing into their elbow with spray from the sneeze not being entirely contained, representing the challenges that people with health and autoimmune issues have in trying to access in-person care for their back pain.
Why offer virtual care for back pain?
Because sitting in a busy waiting room can be much riskier for people with health and autoimmune conditions.

A simplified road winding back and forth down the page. A small truck at the top. Barriers along the way include rain, a fallen tree, and a moose. All together it represents the challenges in accessing in-person healthcare for back pain for those living in northern and rural Ontario.
Why offer virtual care for back pain?
Because not everyone has close or convenient access to a clinic.
