I just learned the term "vice signaling," meaning deliberately saying/doing evil things not because you believe in them, but to indicate to others that you're not a rule-follower, do-gooder, etc.

I couldn't tell you the most extreme that I've heard. I tend to immediately forget things if I'm not into it.

As far as what I enjoy, I'd say Dying Fetus is up there. I tend to be careful about playing them around other people just from the name alone.

Glad I'm not the only one. Harsh vocals for me: 2-3 takes until I get something I like. Cleans: 8+ takes to just not sound like garbage.
