Knees still not behaving around 20km. #LondonMarathon is gonna be tough. Although, if you’d said a year ago I could just trot out 20km whenever I fancied it I’d be amazed. Doesn’t feel like 42km is very doable at the moment however.

45 min on the treadmill in the gym given the glorious weather we have in the UK currently. Why is it so hard? Ran a 25 min 5K on Saturday outside, can’t even manage that pace for 5 min on the treadmill. Just don’t understand why it’s so difficult inside. #fitness #treadmill

PremierInn breakfast on a plate. Sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, tomato, beans and black pudding.

Something quite nice about watching the world go by while having a @premierinn.bsky.social breakfast. Prefer the help yourself rather than the ordering style though. Sausages that size need doubling up but don’t know until it arrives.

I assume that the numbers always get skewed as if you aren’t on Windows you’re inherently more likely to be interested in this sort of thing so more likely to opt in. All this cookie nonsense has braintuned people to just say no by default to everything.
