To be clear I am extremely privileged in having a unionized job it’s just too much right now and I wanna get paid to drink tea and tell girls to leave their boyfriends

So my department is 2/3 staffed right away (will be down to 6 of 9 in a week)
So i am being asked to temporarily do a higher ranked job, which is *fine* except I still gotta do my job
ALL I WANT IS TO SIT ACROSS FROM PRECIOUS SOULS AND READ THEIR CARDS NOT COVER 3 SHIT ACADEMIA JOBS

Is anyone else here a former “gifted kid” writer, poet, etc. who lost their words once you grew up and started burning out and/or unmasking? I am SO SICK of not being able to write anymore
