Does anyone know whether the injunction application has been issued or whether it’s just a letter seeking undertakings? Big difference between the two as former shows they mean business. Latter could still just be bluster.

I am so fed up of journalists who parrot the line “something has got to change”. The WRU are incompetent so yes something has to change but guess what? It may not be the fact that there are four regions! Just a thought 🤷‍♂️

This used to be one of my favourite days of the year. First Saturday of the 6 Nations. I would buy numerous papers and read the rugby previews over a long breakfast.

Today I’ll be avoiding the TV pretending Welsh rugby doesn’t exist (which may not be far from the truth soon!)

For the avoidance of doubt by NF I mean Mr Farage as opposed to the National Front which “allegedly” is nothing to do with him.

No action by Swansea CC could force Y11 to keep funding and running the Ospreys so whilst I applaud what they are doing legally it is doomed.

The absolute best Swansea CC could force via court (and not convinced they are sufficiently interested legally to bring a claim) is a fair process for the licences. If the Ospreys don’t bid then no one else would get a licence based in Swansea.

Somebody seems to have left Dave Reddin, a man who knows nothing about rugby or Wales, decide what’s is best for rugby in Wales. That somebody needs relieving of their position as much as Reddin does

We need to remember that members of the WRU board interviewed him and decided he’s the best man for the job. Reddin is the symptom of what’s wrong not the cause.

If true (and no reason to doubt Buchanan who’s always been an honest club man) this is wrong on so many levels. The WRU’s job is to promote and foster Welsh Rugby not to field a slightly better team 5 weeks a year. Reddin and those who hired him and support him need to go now!

I thought he was fairly clueless and the reason he got the big calls right was because he watched them over and over on the big screen!
