Big things are also happening above and below: Between the 3rd and 4th floor, ceilings are being taken out to make way for a stunning two-story Common Room that will connect the private quarters of our future fellows with the public areasβa light-filled, welcoming space for creativity, and exchange.

An emotional moment in the process so far was the careful removal of the beautiful wood paneling from our Auditorium. The paneling will be meticulously refurbished and lovingly reinstalled in the new design β honoring the past while stepping boldly into a vibrant next chapter.
