The thing I find less mentioned about the trump shitting on a crowd video, is that he depicts himself with a crown, in a plane labelled king. He utterly is not hiding he views himself as a king, a supreme power, there is not the slightest effort to try to lie. There is no longer need for him.

I may be reading too much into it, but it adds a very interesting layer to a character, where are Etienne's lines and what does this mean? I don't know how much of this @kierongillen.bsky.social would agree with, i could be barking up the wrong tree, but I find it very interesting character work.

Well I wonder does he a) Realise it is something he values above utilitarianism but does not want other to realise, lest they question what else he may hold above utilitarianism and what he could do. or b) It is a blind spot to himself. something he holds so important he does not notice or question.

So, what I find interesting is Etienne has a very understandable hole in his dedication to utilitarianism, but he does not address it, even when he directly mentions his belief system in regards to his choice of body. Why do I find this interesting?
