Letting go of old gear is always a struggle. Such classic tones and nostalgia.

How do you accept letting gear go and evaluate when it no longer fits your current needs? Any methods to the madness?

Turns out isopropyl alcohol can get the gunk off old plastic on gear. Lots of cheaper plastic gets gummy over time so it's nice this fixes it.
Dip in isopropyl alcohol, 4x-8x heavy swipes over each face with a cue tip, then clean up any extra residue 🧼
