In just one year (2022–23), the City of Portland paid Rapid Response Bio-clean over $9.6 million. Their contract now totals $22.9 million.

This system doesn’t reduce harm, it causes it.
And our youth are the ones paying the price.

🚨Rapid Response is a private, for-profit company paid for by the City of Portland to sweep camps. That means destroying tents, throwing away life-saving supplies, and displacing the most vulnerable.

This isn’t cleanup. It’s state violence in a safety vest.

We need housing, not harassment.

Every tent holds someone’s story.
Every supply drop is a lifeline.
Every youth we fight for is family.

This week in Portland, ICE detained a 24-year-old trans woman immediately after dismissing her asylum case.

No warning. No lawyer. No justice.

Being trans is not a crime.
