I missed the part in Musk's CV where he studied climate science.

In the previous millenium RPG meant pen & paper RPG - which is now often called TTRPG, because another generation grew up with so many computer RPGs.
The meaning shifted over time.

And yet you're trying to force a woman out of womens restroom just because she had different body parts at birth.

All this cruel posing to hate on a single person that never harmed anybody.

Quite unlike the president and his cabinet of horrors you voted for.

Senate? Just incarcerate anybody who doesn't comply. National emergency or something.

And yet they nominated a criminal and sexual harasser who keeps perving about his daughter, undermines NATO, praises Putin, already tried to stay in office the first time, incited an insurrection and who openly says he wants to be a dictator his supporters shouldn't worry about future elections.

That GOP doesn't exist anymore. It's been taken over and turned into the Trumpist party.

All the arguments you list would have also applied to this election.

The majority of the current SC clearly doesn't care about the constitution or they wouldn't have made the American presidency an unassailably kingship.

The authors of that constitution talked a lot about checks and balances. But the SC removed all checks and balances.

Read the minority opinion.

You're assuming unbiased courts and institutions in working conditions while Project 2025 is already in place to destroy all that.

Have you noticed the cabinet and staff appointments. It's already a horror show.

The right to free speech is great.

But it doesn't give a right to be listened to it you use your right to just spread hate and misinformation.

Conservative opinions were never censored. I certainly always saw a lot of it.

Trump has been getting away with rule-breaking and even law- breaking.

So saying "can't" sounds dangerously naive to me at this point.

"Can't" is a bit silly IMHO.

There's two ways he can do it:

1) Change the constitution

2) Ignore the rules

Rules are only as effective as the institutions and people who follow or enforce them.

Undermine the institutions, mislead the people and all the printed rules become irrelevant.
