I have all of 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s pop culture in working memory and this is what it does. Stanford '86, Communication. Rocking the 518 for 20 years. vinylbuzz.us LPT: You can be ripped at 60 with just one minute of exercise a day.

You're right, he even plays a record. I actually like holo-beings and holo-presence being prevalent in this century, so I should pay more attention.

I just don't like long monologues, they remind me I'm watching a play with actors.

Star Trek: Starfleet Academy S1E6 "Come, Let's Away"

Paul Giamatti as a hologram all episode leads to some clunky, static blocking that undercuts his monologues and hurts the pacing. How many times can they cut to the same wordless reaction shot from Nahla?

Furies are promising but undeveloped.

Justice sometimes demands violence. Glad I can say that here without a bot shaming my mental state and kicking me off the platform.

If Marvel fans hadn't been so hard on "Thor: Love and Thunder," none of this would be happening.

Elderly man examining a lottery ticket.

The New York State Lottery helps fund education. People who don't understand math pay for our schools.

Online gambling and prediction markets should be the same. State run only, all profits going to offset the social costs. We don't let private companies run their own lotteries, do we?

The error was that he was called both "Sam" and "George" in TOS, which SNW also fixes.

Hockey-masked Jason from "Friday the 13th Part III."

I saw "Friday the 13th Part III" in 3D in 1982, back when they used two film projectors to do it. The 3D effect was fantastic.

RealD 3D uses one projector with polarized light, resulting in an image that is half as bright. 35 years of technological progress to make a much shittier product.

The plot is even thinner than "Once Upon a Time In Hollywood" and it is stretched over 2 movies.

"Deadpool and Wolverine" is exactly the craven nostalgia money grab I expected after "Spider-Man: No Way Home" opened the door to this lazy type of moviemaking.

Great female singers are a dime a dozen. Great male singers are exceedingly rare. They typically need to have extraordinary range to stand out.

A summer ago we found a baby robin in the backyard and raised her to adulthood. We'd leave the back door open and she'd just fly in and out as she pleased. One day she flew away and didn't come back. We miss you, Meepers.

Before the reading, John Irving came to my little Advanced Fiction Writing class for a visit. What an unforgettable privilege.

That's three San Francisco Super Bowls in a row that were blowouts.
