I've falling into a nerdhole of poster restoration on YT. I had no idea that you could wash paper or that *poster* restoration was even a thing. I've always been fascinated by art restoration - any restoration, honestly. In another universe, I'm an art restorer. It seems peaceful.

I’m going to suggest a 1/4 to a 1/2 oz of syrup, your mileage may vary depending on the sweetness of your bourbon. I tried it with Bulleit and .5 was good but with Makers, .25 is better, imo.

Wicked 1 w/ my wifey called for campfire old fashioneds.

2oz bourbon
.25oz toasted marshmallow syrup
2 dashes cocoa bitters
2 dashes orange bitters

Torch a marshmallow until burning and cover with your glass to smoke while you prepare the drink. Garnish with it. Express torched orange oil.🥃
