I could not agree more with this. Eloquently communicated and spot-on. I can only hope we continue to push for meaningful change that benefits patients, and not simply the executives and shareholders of behemoth corporations.

As a primary care private physician, this is a plan I could 100% get behind. The key, of course, is continued good faith negotiation between the entities who provide care and those who pay for it. Kind of like subsidized direct care.
