I remember when this story about Facebook and Cambridge Analytica broke and how shook everyone was. People and corporations were deleting their Facebook pages and stopped advertising on the app. The worst companies/people are using our data in the most insidious ways.

I really feel bad for all of the tiktok creators who were able to find something they truly loved and were good at and be paid for it, only to have it ripped away. I’m proud of them for taking a risk but today is a sad day for them.

I get it. I’m fairly new on there, having started using it only about six months ago but I will miss it. I feel like it gave me so much excellent content. I laughed, I cried, I learned. Sad to see it go.
