Disability Medicare recipients don’t have that choice in VA if they want prescription coverage- they have to get Medicare Advantage

Not everyone has that choice- my partner qualifies for Medicare because of his disability and he was forced to get a Medicare Advantage plan in order to get prescription coverage, which is apparently the law in VA.
