Moderna says FDA refuses its application for new mRNA flu vaccine The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is refusing to consider Moderna’s application for a new flu vaccine made with mRNA technology.

It is absolutely outrageous that Moderna’s flu vaccine was met with a “refusal-to-file” even after their approved their protocol with FDA and carried out the trial as agreed. This vaccine works better in older adults than the current flu vaccines.

It's easy to blame Lyft for Citibike's problems rather than confront the fact that we are running up against the economic constraints of a model that receives no direct taxpayer support.

Sanctioning Lyft and demanding more service doesn't change the economic reality that better service costs $$$.

If you think an operator of an 800-bike system somewhere is going to swan into this situation and flawlessly execute operations for Citibike, you are just being a child.

The next operator for Citibike has to be broader on logistics than many national militaries.

I think Lyft deserves a lot of criticism here for being a clumsy, inattentive steward of their bike mobility division. (And it is hoped that they sell it off like they once wished to)

Yet it’s too easy to lean on the “bad taxi company” vibe when that’s not really what’s going on here
