Honestly wouldn't be surprised if the eventual Lab share is half that. Pre-election polling has constantly over-stated both Labour and Reform's eventual result.

There's still a sizable demographic who think they're the left, and vote for them as a result. Not least because the MSM keeps dishonestly presenting them as such.

I suspect it's the most likely thing to happen.

Good question. There's lots of 'noise' in the polling apparently, according to this guy... theweekinpolls.substack.com/p/three-risk...
But I'd note that in the last by-election, (Wales), the polls had Reform way out in front, but ended up losing badly to PC. And Labour came 4th in a once safe seat.
