A week later, Rep Nehls says he’s resigning while he’s under active ethics investigation.

MTG and Nehls both announcing resignations within the same couple weeks, both are from the fringes of MAGA and the freedom caucus, both were political allies of Gaetz and close to Trump.

I posited at the time of MTG’s resignation could be cover for a fellow member & two weeks later Nehls resigns.

It’s unbelievable he won reelection and this proves it. It’s not even been a year and the country already deeply regrets who won.

True, I wouldn’t be surprised if MTG didn’t start this retirement trend to give cover to this member who’s mired by a career of ethical violations and an active investigation into him.

I’m sure they’ll say he did nothing wrong and ultimately pull a Tom Homan pretending the evidence isn’t there.

And the GOP who’s complicit and in some cases apart of the corruption.

REMINDER: J6 was not an inside job; Trump was responsible for the events that day after he encouraged and refused to call off, for 187 minutes, the rioters who stormed the Capitol over his big lie.

GOP politicians continue to aid Trump in rewriting the history of that day.

But we know the truth.

REMINDER: The 2020 election was not stolen, there was no systemic fraud, it was unconventional because of COVID, but it was a fair and legitimate election.

GOP politicians have lied and continue to about 2020 to curry favor with the most corrupt President in history.

How does this lower prices or help Americans afford/acess healthcare?

Those are the issues folks want him focused on, but he’s itching for distractions at any cost, including higher costs for all of us.

Trump has truly, for the first time in American history post Jim Crow, established an active two tiered justice system at the federal level.

If you are an ally of Trump or the GOP, you are protected at any cost, but if you aren’t, you face the worst the federal government can do.
