Agree entirely. But these days, I'm not sure everybody accepts the sad reality that sometimes trees fall, planes crash, etc. Humans have a tendency to quickly look for someone/something to blame - FEMA, FAA, etc. I know it's hard, but often we should wait for experts to report out.
