Star Wars friends and non-Ninjago fans absolutely give Ninjago Legends: Monstrosity a watch. It's one of the most visually striking works I've seen in recent memory, some really fantastic art direction and animation. The writing itself manages to say alot with very little runtime. Fantastic VO work.

The End of “The Week of Kai”

I just finished watching Monstrosity and I gotta give credit to @docwyattbeyond.bsky.social @kevinburke20.bsky.social for their amazing writing. These two truly understand Kai and why we as fans love him.

@kevinburke20.bsky.social @docwyattbeyond.bsky.social Monstrosity was stunning. Just 15 minutes, but it told a powerful story about hope, mercy, strength and humanity. Kai’s journey, Daidan’s pain, Rusty’s sacrifice… it all hit so hard. These stories matter, thank you for daring to tell them.

WOW! This was a great addition to the Dragon's Rising story! Seeing Kai facing this scary place fearless, while he is at risk of his feeling to take over him was really worth it to watch. The animation style, the gloomy setting and the story, only focussed on one Ninja, made it truly unique!

The writing, animation, music, atmosphere, and voice acting were all great. Vincent Tong's performance as Kai was fantastic.
