A very small clump of snowdrops (still in bud) among fallen leaves and in front of a stem of variegated euonymus. Everything is very wet and there’s a sheen on the fallen leaves.

As someone who's gone through trauma-counselling: play Tetris or similar for twenty minutes. Do the 5 senses grounding technique: 1 thing you can touch, two things you can smell etc.
