Calibre is magic. BookFusion is magic. The terrible kindle app? Not magic.

I didn't know that wasn't the norm until I was in my 20s. I'm also the type who is reading while getting dressed, eating, etc.

I should block them but instead I'm looking into where I can buy books that I can actually own. It's not so simple. Amazon isn't the only one with this kind of nonsense.

It was a little fiddly for me too, at first. Being old aka knowledge of DOS helped. The page should list that you need to install the launcher too and to run the install as admin.

Reminds me of the protest I did a while ago when Congress expressed an interest in what happens with my menstruation. I emailed daily updates for a while since they seemed very concerned with my cycle. I wanted to put their minds at ease about how many supplies I used, etc.

I love my kindle/ereaders but there's something about a paper book. I miss wandering through a used book store to find a well loved book that I haven't read before. I miss library day as a kid. I miss the book fairs. Why don't we have adult book fairs that come to work? #BookSky

Oh I would try to do something if I had more power and I’m well aware some would call me evil. My job has had to implement major data security changes in the last 2 yrs. It’s infuriating we have to spend a fortune on security and the country just lets these yahoos run wild.
