For anyone having this issue, myself and a friend found a quick fix.
On PC (mobile does not work), go to settings > Family Center. It'll ask you to enter your age.
Once this is done, you should get your adult status back without having to do any verifying.

So, we've had a weird problem in that our heating wasn't turning off for the past week. Checked boiler and thermostat and both seemed fine. Got someone coming over today to take a look, but yesterday evening it seemed to finally turn off. Though it seems to have started again now, so who knows.

Been leveling up various alts in WoW and getting different races heritage stuff and some of the story lines are really good. Loved the Orc one especially.
