The fact that ins is included is a twist & may account for some of the $ savings, depending on your current ins costs.

I understand that better for the short range PHEVs where they thought what is the point but this is over 100 miles. It will be pretty cool when it comes out.

I had a little bit of trouble figuring out how to fit that into my mainly BEV pickup truck chart. PHEV is likely more recognizable than BEVx (circa 2012 mentioned in the California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulations for Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEVs).).
