Totally agree, his work is so distinctive, even when it doesn’t quite hit the mark it’s really compelling.

The 3.5hr cabal cut of Nightbreed is wild, they filmed so much material that wasn’t included - a lot of it improves things massively, and it has really cool hooks for a nonexistent sequel.

Weird.. Enabled Black Frame Insertion on the big OLED TV as it makes motion (particularly panning cameras) so much smoother..

But my daughter (17) can see the black frames, so it’s unwatchably flickery for her. I wonder if I can set a shortcut to toggle it.
