Not just 'a' complete refueling demonstration, ~10-40x in a row with no major issues. And then do that consistently.
It would also be lovely to know the actual number of required refuelings per mission... a number that keeps increasing every time a new one gets disclosed from reputable sources.

I feel like this photo of masked, armed men pepper spraying a pastor protecting his community is going to be a defining picture of this moment in America for a long, long time.

But one question that should be asked is what caused Musk to tell the truth now (or something closer to the truth anyway)?
These newer numbers come close(r) to validating what many of us knew years ago using back-of-the-envelope math, since around the time of the first launch.

The most recent numbers mean:
1. V1 isn't even considered a heavy-lift launch vehicle (20t+)
2. V1 lifts less than F9 (17.5t reusable, 22.8t expendable)
3. V2 isn't a super heavy-lift launch vehicle (50t+)
4. V2 lifts less than Falcon Heavy (<50t all reusable, supposedly 63.8t expendable).
