Can vouch for JR Moores’ scribbles; I have an excellent Perfect Drug era Trent Reznor sketch inside my copy of Electric Wizards and it was only after I read the book that it dawned on me how much it must have pained him to do it.

Yeah, just read the other Reddit post about his Patreon reply. I could tell he wasn’t exactly the most switched-on guy but he seemed likeable at least. This has totally soured him for me though.

I’m finding this more and more with recent trends in “documentaries” – they’re made in such a close relationship with their subjects/their estates (who sometimes start their own “production companies”) that they completely bypass any of the more difficult aspects of their life stories.
