Unfortunately, that’s why countries send aid - not to be nice. It’s the cheapest way to prevent a far worse war, where eventually their own soldiers and citizens are caught in the crossfire.

Only ones who should be “thankful” are us.

In an interview on CNN, Trudeau said: “One of the ways we define ourselves most easily is, ‘Well, we’re not American.’” Jake Tapper didn’t get it. Every single Canadian did.

Canadians have spent our whole lives pushing back against being lumped in with the US. Not because we have anything against Americans, but because we take pride in being distinctly Canadian.

That defiance has become part of our identity 🇨🇦

Even their drilling rigs, trucks, and fracking need diesel, lubricants, and petrochemicals from heavy crude.

So yeah… good luck with the whole “drill baby drill” thing.

The US has “light shale” oil. Canada has “heavy crude”. Aviation, agriculture, construction, shipping, manufacturing, and energy all rely on diesel, jet fuel, asphalt, ship fuel, lubricants, and industrial oils from heavy crude - not light shale.

You claim not to need us, but you’re acting kinda possessive and desperate. Big time giving us the ick. Now listen… I know rapists don’t like taking no for an answer, but this isn’t us playing hard to get. We’re just not interested.
