This is simple. He should be ineligible to be added onto ANY state’s ballot for President, and votes cast for him should be immediately discarded as “no vote” entries.
Nothing else needs to be done.

NOTHING matters until we actually see the results. Polling is skewed and faulty in these past elections, and I, for one, think we need to ignore them - keep the foot on the pedal - and go out swinging until these people are elected and sworn in.
