Water is flowing down the Irish Hills in San Luis Obispo, creating small waterfalls and creeks. There are two small waterfalls (one above the other) with lots of rocks and a few plants growing around the edges. This is on the Old Prospector's Trail near Froom Creek.

FAA Lifts Closure at El Paso Airport: Live Updates The brief shutdown was related to a test of counter-drone technology at a nearby military base. The F.A.A. had said that no flights would be allowed to or from the airport until Feb. 20 because of unspecified “special security reasons.”
