Its cheek of the pigeon appears rounded as if it is full of food. The background is a golden buff coloured wash with a light wash on the pigeons face as if to appear illuminated by sunlight.

To celebrate the start of #ArtAdventCalendar here's my watercolour of the pesky Wood Pigeon who keeps eating all the bird food! That guilty expression and full cheeks says it all! 🪶☺️
