I have the same condition (spasmodic dysphonia) It’s not painful per se, but the strain of get the words out sometimes gives me a headache. Plus the emotional stress of sounding like, well you know, RFK Jr.🫤

Not panicked but a bit overwhelmed. Could use some advice how to address our congresspeople. Do we ask them to oppose all of the awful nominees or concentrate on one or two? What’s the best thing to say? I’m in KY (McConnell, Paul and Massie, God help me😱) What else can we do?
