Usually I have such a hard time and I’ve had one successful, one half-done, and four failed attempts. I almost gave up. But I had to try.

But this time I was able to fly through it. I’m absolutely beyond buzzing. So happy to help. Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My coworkers just showered me in compliments I wasn’t expecting. I got told that my cheeks and chin look tighter and holding less fat, and that my torso/belly has slimmed.

I didn’t even realize they could tell the difference yet. I’m just so happy. Such genuine kindness to arise from my journey.

My relationship with food has been hard. Stress/poverty/poor habits affected the way I perceived food. But I’m starting to reteach myself with the power of intermittent fasting.

Hello, Bluesky. Hope you are well. Work is quiet now, starting to get dark outside, and I’m just waiting it out and stitching my heart out.

Fasting update: Finished my first 24hr fast yesterday. Normal day today, and at 9pm I’m starting another 24hr through Friday. Then a 48hr starting Saturday night going through Sunday and Monday. Progress. Keep marching. #fasting #health #wellness #nutrition
