Who in their right mind sees any incentive in getting a job in Games? It used to be my dream, but am I fuck getting involved in what has become a cluster fuck of a medium.

Not to mention the fucking slop being put out by the Pokemon Company, a billion dollar organisation. Some of the recent releases have been a fucking disgrace, and yet people are just gobbling the content up, not that these companies care because the software sells like hotcakes.

Something seriously needs to give in the Games Industry. You’ve got studios closing left and right, constant news of people being laid off, “AI first” / “Centric” decisions being pushed onto studios by publishers - which is fucking suicide btw. You’re just insulting people’s intelligence atp

Do we think that maybe there might not really be enough new stuff that’s actually being added to the core gameplay of Prime 4 to show off? And instead it’s kinda going to be just, more Metroid Prime? They showed off vehicle traversal, but the core gameplay never seems to ever really change to me.

Zero point in us trying to be in Europe. Just brings more hassle to the club and the owners, who probably feel like they’re smashing their head against a door that can’t be opened at this point. When it comes to spoiling the “Big 6”, it’s virtually impossible.
