If it took 8 days to build a massive concentration camp in Florida then it means they could build and house the homeless at any point but choose not to

Should I build a picnic table or am I out of my mind? I just want someplace nice to sit and eat a meal outside in my yard but I am not super skilled. I can do a cut list, but I’ve only built like, step boxes. Oh and a wall frame once, that was cool but I had help.
