I think you misunderstand me. I support assisted dying. I think people shouldn’t have to travel across the world to choose when they die. My point is that people who oppose it aren’t stopping it happening, they’re just stopping people like me from having that choice.

Is the question being framed wrongly as being for or against assisted dying? Currently, people with money can travel to Dignitas in Switzerland and be assisted to end their lives. So, is this actually a vote about expanding access?
