If prices go up due to tariffs, will they go down if the tariffs go away? Companies might respond to Trump's trade policy by reorganizing their supply chains. That could keep prices high well into the future.

I trust you sad penguin yet I am plagued by doubt. Im going off this thing I read in April (I am not a tariff expert). My common sense is telling me prices won’t fall uniformly and my suspicion is that the prices that won’t fall are the those that will be felt by the underclass. Give me good news?

I saw the logical conclusion of Trump on escalator day because he was a cheap imitation of your typical Balkan authoritarian. The fantasy football league (literally all State Dept FSOs, NSA professionals and JSOC vets) laughed their ass off. Now they’re telling ME to either leave or get a gun.

In my life I’ve consistently been told I catastrophize or I am deemed “too Balkan” in mindset to properly appreciate the power and majesty of “the law” and “institutions“ in the US. I’m telling you people again you will not get out of this without a gun in someone’s hand.
