LOL as a copyeditor I would have made that change too (after looking up whether "punchline" was 1 word closed up). Not that "punch line" ever comes up in medical copyediting. But I consider all of my edits suggestions, so if you changed it back, no problem - it's your name on the book, not mine.

Today's a good day for distraction, so I just got very annoyed at my #ukulele for not being a woodwind. (No chords on woodwinds. Or multiple locations for the same note.) However, after 20 min of trying/failing to play the Saint-Saëns theme from Babe, I'm a lot happier 😊
