This would also have been a terrific moment in history for the United States of America to have a presidential administration with the capacity to out think a third grader.

Is it murder by fiat? Ethicists could certainly argue that such foreseeable consequences constitute pre-meditation as well. Is government really immune?

Judge pauses Trump’s ban on trans, nonbinary passport options U.S. District Judge Julia Kobick said the State Department’s passport policy “likely violates the constitutional rights of thousands of Americans.”

A federal judge ruled that transgender and nonbinary Americans should be able to reflect their gender identities on newly issued passports, temporarily blocking the Trump administration’s efforts to limit the sex options available on new passports.

ICE agents are out here manhandling elected officials—yet again. They arrested NYC Comptroller Brad Lander for asking if they had a warrant—which is his constitutional right.
